How is the training mode used by 2TrainFit?
2TrainFit has developed a unique and patented training model, "Action of Change" which supports its processes through a logistics and training APP. 2TrainFit allows athletes and coaches to communicate through the app quickly and effectively, at anytime anywhere they choose to conduct a face-to-face training session. This system allows people who are not familiar with physical training begin a path to finally leave the sedentary lifestyle. This is achieved by small goals in each session, trials and challenges that together allow to achieve specific and global goals to improve the physical condition of users. Our goal is not change your lifestyle, but to ensure you acquire the important habit of sport and be able to fully experience the benefits it generates in your health and your daily activities.
Who is my Trainer?
Your Trainer is a certified professional in Sports Science. Who has been trained by us in the methodology 2TrainFit. Our selection system validates legal and personal background of all our professionals before being hired by our company.
Can I set a goal with my trainer?
Yes, you can always define an objective with your Trainer, but it is important that you understand that if you continue trainging with us you will be able to stabilize and normalize your strength, endurance and flexibility, basic qualities of the physical improvement.
Can I train anywhere?
Yes, you can select your main locations through the platform, you can also chosee how many places you want to use, like your patio, your building's gym, a nearby square or other places that eventually will let you to work out.
Do I choose the schedules of my training sessions?
Yes, you could check the availability of a Trainer near your area whenever you want to train or you can use the option of future scheduling, which allows you to book and secure your future sessions on the date and time you want.
Do I need any tools to train?
No, your Trainer has all the necessary tools to do the training and will carry all the different materials to every session. The student does not need to buy extra implements of any kind.
From what age can you train with 2TrainFit?
You can train from the age of 14, minors must be invited to train by an adult through the app, parent or legal guardian must have the 2Train Fitnow app installed to perform this operation.
How does the service work?
1. Open your 2TrainFit app.
2. Request a class at your favorite spot.
3. Check the availability and schedules of the nearest coach.
4. Confirm your time.
5. Pay your reservation.
6. Find your Trainer in the place and time booked.
Can I train with friends or family?
Yes, 2TrainFit allows you to create your own training group, in that mode you pay a lower fee per session and share your training with whoever you want with a maximum of 5 participants.
Is 2TraiFit free or I need to pay for the workout session?
2TrainFit app offers the first workout session for free with the voucher WELCOME 1. With 2TrainFit you pay just what you use, there are no annual or monthly plans like in the gyms, we want you to save time and money so you could pay for an individual class or less if you are willing to participate in a group class of 3 to 5 participants.

What is the best time to exercise?
Anytime, the important thing is to exercise regularly and with 2TrainFit you train anytime, anywhere.
How often should I do physical activity?
The ideal frequency is to train for 30 minutes each day, in 2TrainFit recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week.
If I submit any injury, could I practice physical activity?
In cases where there an important chronic injury you should always consult your doctor, 2TrainFit method allows you to train in different difficults degrees, so people with small or old injuries can train in a normal way but only if a doctor allow it, so It is your responsibility to declare any illness or physical problem before practices.
